For over 40 years, Martin Painting & Coating has been providing in-shop painting and coating services for the greater Ohio area. Our services include sandblasting, painting, and coatings for anything that can be transported such as heavy-duty equipment, truck or trailer fleets (5 or more), structural steel, and more.
Martin Painting & Coating’s state-of-the-art facility is located in Grove City, Ohio. Our shop 18,000 sq. ft. facility has a wide range of capabilities to provide the painting and coating services you need quickly.
We have dedicated 5,000 sq. ft of our warehouse for our abrasive blasting services and another 5,000 sq. ft for painting booths for a better-finished product. In addition, we have 8,000 sq. ft. for painting with auxiliary space available as well. Our 50’ x 100’ sandblast building now has 14’ tall overhead doors to accommodate large projects and allow us to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Martin Painting also has a large lay-down yard for semi-loads and a lifting capacity of 30,000 pounds enabling us to manage even your largest projects efficiently.
If you prefer to leave the material handling to us, we provide pickup and shipping services on large flatbed trucks.
Our experts can work with many different types of industrial sandblasting material and techniques, including abrasive blasting, dustless blasting, and dry-ice blasting. We will clean, media blast/prepare, and apply the appropriate paint/coating to your equipment in our shop.
We can sandblast your equipment using G-50 & G-80 steel grit, all grades of glass bead, walnut sheet, star blast, garnet, and aluminum oxide. Some of the different coating materials we worked with over the years include epoxies, urethanes, automotive finishes, latex, and oils routines for our skilled craftsmen.
