John Martin, President of Martin Painting and Coating Co., recently completed The BX Executive Leadership Experience (BXLX), a nine-month program for senior-level executives in the commercial construction industry offered by the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.

Supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, BXLX offers education and coaching by nationally-recognized expe1is in construction leadership and business development.

The 10-session program provides personal leadership development, increased knowledge of local industry issues, conversations with public and private-sector leaders in the community, and new peer-level relationships with a small class of colleagues.

Martin was among 20 participants in the BXLX Class of2013. A business and marketing graduate from Franklin University, he has been working in the industry for 30 years.

Martin Painting and Coating Co., is a long-time member of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, a trade association serving the local commercial construction industry with 800 member firms.
